Synopsis

Taking a regional recruitment firm to the next level through digital transformation.

Visual Direction

When mainstay reached out to us they knew they needed help with their brand. They had done well to grow the business to where it was, but now felt they were lacking any real market share that aligned with their plans for growth.

By aligning the brand with their new market positioning and core offering, we were able to boost the organisations productivity whilst also setting them apart in a very crowded market space.

The core theme of the identity is centred around the idea that recruiters can’t be a one size fits all shop. That insight came from how varied the job roles they recruit for are, and the businesses they work with too. The ever changing ‘M’ monogram is a perfect representation of just that.

Once the identity system was signed off we went on to design the entire mainstay site. From user journey to graphic elements.
